LMS Self Paced Courses
LMS courses are multiple module, self-paced recorded sessions, typically lasting less than one hour total. CEUs and certificates provided. The first LMS modules are free for each topic.

Risk Assessment Courses are based on ISO 31000 (Risk Management), ISO 31010 (risk Assessment Methodology) and ASSP TR-31010 Risk Management and Risk Assessment Guidelines. These courses are taught by Mr. Paul Esposito. He has been teaching ASSP Risk Assessment for 15 years, and was part of the design team that created the ASSP courses and was a contributing editor to ASSP TR 31010-2020. He has also been part of the ISO 31000 TAG (Technical Advisor Group) since 2010.

The “Balanced Set of Metrics” is the New Measure of Health and Safety Performance. Published as part of AIHA “Leading Health Metrics” and soon to be included in ANSI Z16. In part, based on the article published in ASSP Professional Safety Journal, June 2018, entitled, “Site and Corporate Level H&S Scorecards”. Taught by Mr. Paul Esposito, He was a contributing author to both the AIHA document, as as part of the ANSI Z16 author team.

This is an 8 hour Seminar / Workshop spread out over one month. Each session is 2 hours in length, each of four weeks.

Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) audit course are based on tenants of ISO 45001-2018, ANSI Z10-2019 and OSHA’s Voluntary Protection Program. It is also tailored to ISO 19011, Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems. Mr. Paul Esposito is the instructor, and he is certified in both ISO 19011 and OHSMS 45001 as an auditor. He has performed over 350 management systems audits during the last 30 years.
